Weird reddish algae with bubble, possible dinos? Pics included

Hey everyone,

I've got this rather weird slimey red stuff building up on my egg crate racks in my frag tank, some of it even tends to bubble up in a really weird way. I've included some pics, anyone have any idea what this could be?

It has some stringyness like a snot to it, but it's more or less creepiong along the egg crate.

If the egg crate is new, it’s VERY common.
