What the heck is this circle mark on my wrasse? It wasn’t there earlier today. Is it some kind of bite mark, urchin pricks, or anemone sting?

It’s really weird and it flouresces blue when the light hits it a certain way!I’ve never seen anything so symmetrical when it comes to stuff like this. Could be an injury but I would probably FW dip just to be sure.

It’s not raised at all. It looks like marks on the scales, not something attached to them.Yeah that is definitely interesting. It almost looks like something attached to him like tiny slivers.

I’m pretty scared to do a FW dip. I’ve only done it on two fish before and they both died shortly after. I think they both had velvet but it still makes me nervous.Like I said I would FW dip just to rule out a weird presentation of flukes or something

The white raised stuff has completely come off now and it’s back to looking like flat blue marks on the scales.
