Weird rock critter

Hey guys so I’ve noticed that lots of my rocks have these weird poop shaped worm things and I just wanted to get a better idea as to what they are and if they’re harmful

The little dark tubes? They look like verminted snails

Yeah those things. Should I be concerned are they going to harm anything?

They emit webs of mucus that can irritate corals and keep them from opening. You can either remove 100% of the tube and base or super glue the tip shut.
