A friend found these in the glass of her reef tank. She has seen a couple of them, also on the glass. The tank is empty, so no corals or fish inside. They did acquire this tank used and it was setup and running with LR fish and coral. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Kinda hard to see. Are phots of the ones in the tank?

I have some updated pics which are much better. It looks like some type of slug. I told her to observe it for a bit, see where it hangs and what it eats before deciding it’s fate.

Almoat looks like a faltworm or nudibranch. Most are bad. Does it have a shell?

I got no clue but new to saltwater and every day i see more and more little critters.
Some make me think " aw sweet"
Some scare me
Some amaze me
Ha ha
I feel the same. Found these guys a few months ago. Apparently called chitons.
