Weird snail ID?

This snail came in on some live rock and for months just sat in deep in a rock crevice. However now it's moving. Its shell sticks out almost 90 degrees and is quite flat. Also seems to have a conical head with spirals like on a big drill bit. Any ideas?

Looks like a sun dial snail but not an expert. If it is, it’s not reef safe

Actually think I got it on a Zoa rock
No wonder the Zoas on that rock melted away. Ah well it’s gone now.
