Weird splotches on rocks and other stuff

I've got a rock that is host now so several weird things. Can you help me ID the grey (I'm color blind) spots as well as the little white polyps or maybe baby aptasia? I include a zoomed out picture for scale. I do know I've got vermitid snails too....lots of fun going on here.

Thanks, I figured I thought I saw the tubes....are the white branch things also a sponge or something else?

most likely sponge parts, less likely but possibly foraminifera
