Weird stalks in my GHA?

I’m using Vibrant (since 10/16) and emersed peroxide treatments (11/19). However, these two stalks of something just showed up and I want to make sure of what they are before I try to pick them off or use peroxide on them.

It’s on one of the rocks that is covered in GHA, but they are stalks with what looks like black bubbles on them? Does gha reproduce sexually? I tried to zoom in on the photo as well as we get a short video to show that they wave in the current.

Try to get some better pictures @ceruleanspiral

I don't know how, it's in the back of my tank and I don't have any underwater photography equipment. The video is pretty clear. I'll add it to Vimeo so people don't have to download it, I didn't realize it would do that.

I see the stalks...but looks too stiff to be a part of the gha. Most likely a macro algae.
