Weird stuff on dry live rock

I got more dry live rock in today, and one of them came in with a weird green and yellow tinge, like remnants of algae and sponges. I washed them in ro water, and I can’t scrub them off. Is the rock ok to use? Thanks!

Perfectly fine to use. Dry rock usually has some weird colors on it sometimes. Nothing to be worried about.
