Weird sump creature ID

Hey guys. Recently I’ve been noticing weird things in my sump. At first I thought it was detritus, but it just not be because it’s regular in shape and is everywhere. There’s a couple different kind of things but I really want to know what it is. Recently I saw this inside my pump along with a few other moving bug like things that I’m less concerned about. I only see these kinds of things in the sump. I’m done playing games, want to know what it is. I want to know A). what the heck it is. And B). If it’s harmful

does it move? Looks like sponges to me. If so, they're good to have around and the sump is a perfect place for them to be (not in your pumps, lines, or equipment though).

Doesn’t move. If that’s a sponge though it’s the strangest sponge I’ve ever seen. It’s all hairy. But let me further with these guys that are absolutely everywhere. (Maybe related) Just took out the rock and put it in a QT. These don’t move and seem like some filter feeder
