Weird swimmers at night

So as the title says, when the lights cut out I get these little weird swimmers. Probably the size of a comma like this

They wiggle to swim and are attracted to the light on my phone when I shine it on the tank. Very hard to get a photo but I’ll try if no one can tell me what they think it is from experience. Just wondering what I got going on. There’s hundreds of them swimming after lights out.

Tank is a 400ish mixed reef
 
Could be baby Peppermint shrimp.

What's on your invert stocklist? (CUC included)
 
I had a pair of cleaner skunk shrimp for about a year before they both died. I think a wrasse might have eaten them. That’s it for shrimp.
