This creeped up two weeks ago, I can’t remember if there was a coral head there or not, but what could that be?

Not entirely clear but it looks like it may be aiptasia. Touch the tentacles, do they retract?
I’m going to try today, but they do retract at night

Peppermint shrimp, kukenthals cleaner shrimp, berghia nudibranch

Thanks i can get just inverts for now because i’m going fallow on the tank so no fishes for now, I believe the copper band is the best.

If it's really aiptasia, the most effective way is a handful of berghia nudibranch, although this is expensive.

Although it's rarely just 1 I'd advise against an animal to take care of the one aipstasia. Peppermint shrimp can and probably will mess with other corals. Nudis will die with no other food. You've already covered the fish thing and it's not for sure it will even eat it. Manual removal or F- aipstasia are probably your best bet.
