Weird thing floating in my tank after cleaning

There is this weird thing swimming in my tank after I moved some stuff around and fed the fish. It has a twitching motion almost like daphnia. Its body shape is almost like a vamp. Squid. It looks like it had white bands perhaps?

I believe its a hydroid jellyfish. I saw them pop up in my tank when I initially set it up, but they went away on their own. not really a threat to anything other than fry or pods.

I’ve only ever seen them stuck to the glass. Amazing to watch them swimming around
