What is this thing it has a short stem from rock into almost like a flower center with a bunch of little tentacles swaying it’s very small
These pictures are not good at all turn on the white lights for better ID. From what I can see and description it looks like aiptasia. Super glue it or remove rock and scrape the area clean rinse in a bucket with tank water. They spread so address problem early to prevent it from being a problem.
White light pictures (ex. with a flashlight) will help, but I believe the organism in question is an Aiptasia anemone, a common pest that spreads rapidly and can sting its tankmates. https://www.reefhacks.com/how-to-kill-aiptasia-anemones/

But after all your comments (ignoring blue light comments) but I get it ANYWAY it looks to be aiptasia so I will definitely look to get it out tomorrow thank you everyone for the help !!
