weird tubes coming out of substrate

I have spotted a handful of tube like structures coming out of the substrate. I'm just curious what they could be. I have a few small feather dusters growing on my live rock could the tubes be more of them.
any opinions our shared experiences would be appreciated!

Most definitely spaghetti worms or feather dusters.
