Weird white spot on six lime wrasse

Hello I’ve been sick with Covid and haven’t been able to really keep up with my fish for the past week. I noticed a white pimple on my six line wrasses form a few days ago and today it looks a lot bigger. The only changes I can think of are temperature as we had a really bad heat wave that allowed my tank to go up to 83 for about a day. Can anyone identify what this is? None of my other fish seem to be affected.
Note: I have 2 clowns that are now breeding and have been very aggressive over the past 2 weeks. Unsure if they bit the wrasse.

It looks to be an injury, probably caused by the clowns (whether directly or indirectly).

It looks like it could be infected. Treatment in a qt would be ideal, but in this case I would just monitor. I would worry about stressing the wrasse and injuring it more trying to catch it.

Looks like injury turning bacterial versus disease. Treat with Ruby rally pro within tank or in separate tank - Seachem neoplex being more effective

It looks like injury - or a very odd case of lymphocystis (benign - and should go away) - I would observe for aggression in the tank. If needed - a hospital tank - with a broad spectrum antibiotic would be a good idea
