I got these zoas as a freebie a few months ago. Initially, they were just kinda pale brownish pink. Now they are still pale pink but some have fluorescent green speckles and others have pink speckles. I’ve never seen zoas with two different colored speckles like this and I just want to identify them so I know the best way to care for them.

Very hard to tell, because again, they’re bleached. Because they were a freebie I’d guess something like Pandora’s or Mohican Suns but you never know with bleached corals it could be really cool! Only time Will tell for sure :)

Thanks for the help guys! I didn’t realize they were bleached. The fact that they’re regaining color is good though, right? Is there anything else I need to do to help them become un-bleached?

Feed reefroids, and continue to care for them just as you have been. Bleached corals cannot photosynthesize properly so manual feeding is very beneficial for them. They’re regaining color so you’re doing something right!
