Hello fellow reefers I'm the club treasurer. I have been in this great and exciting hobby for 9 years I have stopped and took a break from time to time but have always been drawn back in. I love this hobby as I'm always learning new things and new methods to reef keeping. The best part about this hobby for me is the people who I meet. I look forward to meeting everyone may 4th. I am also excited as to learn from all you and hope that I can help you learn more so you can enjoy this hobby more.

Hello club I'm the Vice President, I have been in this club since my first tank in 1997. I too love this hobby and have always strive to educate myself as much as possible. No matter how much you know or don't know, we are all on the same level. The best part of this hobby is you can't master it, if you have than move on lol. I can't wait to see you all on may 4th.

Even though I probably wont get all the perks of being a local member, I am happy to come and socialize with the group and learn all I can about reefing. Unlike Sluff, I do not have an addiction (I am in denial). I live in CHarleston, SC and I am Ole Man's nephew. I have only been in the reefing hobby since June of last year, and haven't looked back. I have a 90 gallon reef, with 30 gallon sump and all the trimmings. I visit locally a few times a year, so hopefully will be able to make a meeting or two, if not, just sit in on speaker during the meetings with Ole Man, if possible. Other than that, love reefing, spend more time in my tank than anything, and I am happiest there. My little sanctuary.

Second that welcome, a member doesn't have to live in this area, all are welcome. On the meetings you can't attend, a newsletter will follow, we can email,fax,message you that letter. We will also be able to do a video, meeting so u can attend from a distance. If you have apple products we can do FaceTime if not Skype. If your name is selected in a raffle your prize will be shipped to you, free of charge. (Except fish) lol. We are excited to extend the VRJ family.

Don't let your work stop ya from joining,the flyers will keep ya updated on whats happening and you can catch a meeting when ya can! You gotta love this hobby or you would'nt be in it bro,so comon....:nod:
