Well established tank and test kits?

What do you test and which test kits are your favourites for those who have established tanks?

Do you even test for ammonia and nitrite? no point right since your bacteria are fully established?
Do you test for phosphate?

I currently have a Hanna alk checker
ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, copper, phosphate are all mix of Salifert, API, etc
Don't have Cal or Mag yet.

The ones you have mentioned are standard...the big 3 alk,calc,mag...then phos ..I also do a Triton test every few months ....other than that ...potassium strontium....saliferts and hanna checker
