Made the leap from years of multiple fresh water tanks over to salt...may have lost my mind or least check book says so.

Been cruising the forums here for month reading and reading and re reading and off we go....thanks to all of you who have given me help even though you didn't know it by posting on so many topics!!

Build photos and tank only on day 5 with shrimp and lights out

Red sea E-260 with AI 26 lighting and Trigger 34 sump in basement using Current USA 6011 DC eflux return 13' head height running roughly 700 gph.

Reef octopus regal 150-Int skimmer with DC varios pump (nothing to skim yet). Tunze top off next to sump in trigger ro storage.

71 gallon water capacity with rock and sump equipment. Started with 40lbs dry reefsaver and glued 5 pounds BRS reef rubble to it in various spots for character. 1x8 Marinepure blocks in sump and additional chunk rock.

Running 2 bags carbon and 8 tbs of gfo in another bag for phos leaching from rocks have seen pros and cons posted so took a shot.

Learning from yàll as fast as I can read and going as slow on tank as I can keep myself throttled back to [emoji6]
