So every month I have the pest control people come out. The same guy every month. And he knows to stay away from the basement where my Rubbermaid stock tank sump is. I am always at work when he comes out, but my son is there to let him in.
A few weeks ago a new girl came by. And without thinking about it, he let just go about her business. A day or so later... all my Monti and Digi started dieing off. Which sucks, because the superman and green Spungadosa were lookingawesome. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I checked all my parameters, I had done a water change a few days before. Everything checked out. So I did another big change, but the damage is done.
It hit me a couple days after, what had happened. I called and the girl did indeed spray above my sump in the rafters. It isn't her fault, she had no clue. But I lost so much. And I think both my acans are gone also. But for some reason, my Zoa have never looked better. I am just so frustrated.
With Nick graduating next week and then heading off to college, I have been considering selling everything and just downgrading back to my 65 gallon. This may be a sign.

That does chaff your rear. I used to do the same thing when the bug man came out, threatened him/her with their life if they sprayed around my tank I had one lady say "Don't Worry" it's bio-degradable!

My bug man doesn't come inside at all anymore. Only perimeter and yard treatment. No bugs here.

I wouldn't downsize. I also have a 125 and I think that is smallest I can handle. I tried to downsize to a 40 breeder from a 120 and now I am back to a 125. Maybe just go with easier coral and find ways to make it easier Just my 2 cents.

Sucks! I recently caught our cleaning people using my auto top of as a perch for there cleaning chemicals in my office. Watched the lady pick up a rag and spray it pointing in the direction of my rimless tank(I don't think she will step foot in the room again, haha). I have some good stuff I can hook you up with as well!
