Well this is a New Year bummer

I got admitted to the hospital yesterday because they thought I had severe pneumonia but non covid related. Turns out I don't have pneumonia but the situation is worse and I'm going to be in for an extended period of time now. Trying to text my 13 year old all the tank feeding and maintenance requirements is going to be a challenging mission for her to accomplish. 2023 is starting off really rough for me and my tank. Life is full of hurdles. If it's not the tank having an unexpected issue then of course something else happens. I'm trying to just focus on over coming this medical situation but hard not to think about my tank to along with my family of course who are first and foremost in my thoughts now. Hope everyone else is off to a better start in 2023.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. Got to admit I was feeling really down when the doctor briefed me today but everything in life happens for a reason and I need to focus on the positive possible outcomes here but I'm stressed big time about everything and then I start thinking about my tank which is my stress reliver at home and how much daily effort I put into it and my stress level just seems grow. My neighbor helped out with the tank while we were on vacation but he's been out of town now.
