Well water has high ALK

My well water has the following kpi:

ph 7.4
Alk 11.4
Calcium 30
Mag 0
Nitrate 0
Phosphate.25

The high ALK is not caused by calcium, so what else would cause high ALK?

Did you use a saltwater test kit for freshwater? if so it is inaccurate as most test kits are only supposed to be meant for saltwater.
