Wellso is dying?

This wellso is not happy at all. It is closed up, mouth open, no tentacles at night, and i can see its skeleton through the mouth. It never opens more than the photo, even at night. Is it starting to die? What do i do? I just got back from a month long vacation, and yes, i know how bad the parameters are and i am fixing it.
