I have a question if the coral touches the glass and if some of the coral goes under a rock is it okay? I'll post a picture. You can tell the back of the coral is under the rock a little and the front will touch the glass. I also have a Trachyphyllia touching the glass.

No problem, mine are in a similar position. As it grows it will go where it wants to go.

Okay cool, thank you. I don't that branch rock out and through it in my sump. I actually like it better without it.
 
Actually, I haven't been scraping that section unless the coral is retracted when I clean, and it hasn't gotten bad!

That's great to know. I clean my glass everyday. I know a little obsessed. I just always want clean glass in my aquarium.
