Welso question?

I have 2 welsos....one of which is in the pic
neither seem to be puffy unless the lights are out, when the lights are on, they look more like the pic. still colorful. could this be a lighting thing, too much/ not enough, i have T5s and they are about 11 months old? too much flow? all my parameters are good and all others corals seem to be happy.

any thoughts??

I noticed mine would puff up really large after I dosed magnesium with my two part solution and sometimes with calcium as well
