Went and seen Jason and Tammy

Well i made the short trip up there today to find 2 of the best display tanks i have seen in a long time. After the display tanks it geos into his frag area which is just as impressive. I got 2 fish from them at some great prices.

The trip is well worth it it didnt take anytime from my house in Kimberly. They are wanting Carc to come up with the Narc club in Sept. 26 i think.
And it is well worth it

Sweet, I may have to take a trip up there next week. I think its probably a little over an hour for me. Did they post a craigslist ad, recently?

Meeting

We've talked to a few members of the central and north club in the last week or two and have had very favorable responses for the idea so far. We were hoping that the folks in CARC would get together with us for a joint meeting, get to know new people, hear new ideas, etc. We also want to encourage everyone to bring their frags/equipment/whatever to swap. We'll set up a table, maybe bring out the Dremel and cutters if anybody wants to show off their fragging expertise. I'm always up for learning a new technique. We'll provide refreshments.

Like a few others, we go to meetings of both clubs since we're right square in the middle, and have met such knowledgeable and friendly people in both. Fostering ties between members of both clubs can only be a good thing. Double the resources and contacts, and people to call when you just can't figure something out on your own. :squigglemouth:

Sounds like a good idea, but unfortunately I won't be able to make it on the 26th. I have a prior engagement in Mobile. We are going down that weekend to be with family for our sons 6th birthday. There is no way I can get out of it.

I wish that I could attend, Paul had nothing but good things to say about your set up. It seems that it has changed quit a bit siince the last time I was there. I hope ya'll have a good time and I will try and get up there one day in the near future.
