My tank is 5 weeks old 2 clowns and a shrimp snails etc. My nyos is like 10 days old. It stopped overflowing and i adjusted it below the neck. But its a lot of big bubbles and wet skim. Is that normal?

You’ll want to consistently monitor the flow for the skimmer until you get it just right. Mine sits at the neck and I empty my skimmer cup at least once a month or about that. You’ll want the skim cup to be super thick and dark. Not light and mostly water. So I would try to find the sweet spot, note the skimmer can overflow if you put more water in the tank like filling more than the ATO like pouring water directly in the sump. Hopefully my words aren’t everywhere, I haven’t had my coffee yet
