I would pull that out an kill that aiptasia. Probably (def) get the algae off. light peroxide dip and scrub. The little pink thing not sure. could be coral.

if that algae has hairs that looks like little feathers or ferns get it out right now.

will do...I have aptasia X arriving tomorrow I will nuke it. Yes that pink ball that resembles frogspawn. I have a frogspawn, how do they multiply?

yes they do. spawning. id guess its not your though.

You can take the frag out and scrape the appie off. easier safer so it doesn't spread.

what is puzzling is the only thing I have added to my tank since begging of April was a green chromis. I used all dry rock. Had a bit of a cyano issue recently and used K&Z cyano clean (which by the way combined with coral snow did an amazing job. But the stuff smells like the dirtiest old sweaty sock you could imagine). So is it possible they could of been dormant all this time?

Yup... believe me, you do not want that to be bryopsis... if it is, and that's the only place you have it, bin the rock or soak it overnight in peroxide. It'll be dead rock again, but that's better than unleashing bryopsis on your tank!

if it spits in the tank. it spits babies. I use a dish.
