What’s up with the long tentacles? It’s in the process of splitting….is this normal?

Critical stressers are too much or too little light and too much water flow.
Also placement. Not on bottom but lower third of the tank
Feed 2-3x per week- mysis shrimp

I cleaned out and reorganized my tank, so it's been through a bit in the last 5-7 days. I'll get it on the rack and see if I can baby him back to health. Thanks.
