My clownfish has had what looks like fin rot for a few weeks now. Behavior and feeding habits the same. No new tank mates. Any ideas?

Tail rot is generally an indication of bacteria, but I am seeing what looks like nipping/aggression from tankmate and would hepatus tang be a culprit? - Yes
