my tang has a weird bruise and my flame angel looks like he has a fat lip

Hard to tell anything from those pics. Can you take some pics under white light?

The yellow tang may very possibly have a bacterial infection.

Are you seeing white spots? The pic on the left of just the flame appears to have spots but it could just be the glass, because I don't see any spots in him in the pic on the right where he is near the tang.

Can't say for sure what's going on with the Flame Angel, but there are a few possibilities with the Yellow Tang:

2. The fish got stung by a coral or anemone.

If it starts turning red, that would be a sign of uronema or a gram negative bacterial infection.
