What’s in my sump?

I see a few different organisms and I’m not sure what’s good and what’s bad. Please help ID. I believe the stuff on the glass is pineapple sponges (good or bad?) but not sure on the other stuff

Pineapple sponges on the wall (harmless filter feeders). Also see some pods crawling on the glass which are also beneficial for the tank (food for fish and good cleanup crew members).

Nothing wrong there, infact it's looking real good.
