What’s on my BTA?

I noticed a few white string coming out of my BTA, what is it?? The anemone looks fine and all fishes/invertebrates are still there.

I feel like pulling it out would cause stress to bta if it wants to spit it out it’ll spit it out no need to stress mine cleaner shrimp molts always hit my btas

Lol yeah btas are weird probably didn’t even realize that it was a molt thought it was food and stanched it up bta looks beautiful btw!

The bta is positioned in the best place in the system where the flow brings all suspended foods to it .

This is most likely a shrimp molt and it will eventually spit it out
I’d recommend leaving it
