What’s on my hammer??

I have a green purple tipped hammer that is much more closed than my other hammers that are in the same area. I noticed some Very small white things coming off the skeleton of it and was wondering those would be the problem. I tried scrubbing but they keep coming back does anyone know how I can get rid of them or if they will slowly cycle out of my tank by them self?

I believe it's Hydroids. Not sure how to cure that, as I am having a similar issue. Hopefully others can chime in on how to get rid of them.

Those are hydriods. Some say they die off on their own. I also have a few that came with a few frags and they dont die from dips. Fenbendazole may or may not help.
