Could be Lymphocystis, but I see some stress spots.
Can you provide some history here? Water quality, how long you’ve had the fish, etc.

Fish a little thin and showing start of HLLE - lateral line. Agree with jay on stress spots which naso and rabbitfish often display when startled or distressed.

We got him yesterday from my LFS. He was healthy up there and was eating. The parameters are good.

Also he is only like 2 1/2-3 inches and I’ve read that they have those white spots when they are juveniles
