What’s on my tang?

Any idea what’s on my sailfin tangs dorsal fins?
I just noticed these today

I guess. But when I got it they weren’t on there

I can't tell anything from the picture. They look kind of large like maybe erosion but I see some smaller dots on the tail too?

Is it definitely the tang and not the water quality?

It could be ich or flukes.
