It looks like a flatworm. Hopefully it’s not the euphyllia eating type, but I’m not very familiar with them to positively ID. The fact that’s it’s on your coral is usually a bad sign.
It does look like it might be a Euphyllia Eating Flatworm.

Definitely a flatworm. Pull and dip it ASAP, like others suggested.
I've used Dipx if you can get a hold of it. It seems to be pretty gentle on the euphyllia and stuns the flatworms almost immediately.
I would consider dipping the rest of your torches as well, especially if you see recession on other colonies.

He's still on there. They don't really leave the coral. You'll find him after the dip. I'd recommend repeating the dip every 1-2 weeks for about 6-4 times in order to kill off the eggs

*You won't actually kill the eggs, but may be able to kill the hatched flatworms before they move off the coral to infect other corals.

Though if i remember correctly euphyllia eating flatworms won't travel large distances to new colonies just to neighboring ones like in a euphyllia garden?
