What’s this in my chaeto?

I turned my HOB aquaclear filter into a refugium a month or 2 ago and I just noticed this thing growing in the chaeto. Didn’t touch it yet. I tried to take the best pics, it looks mushy.

Look like pineapple sponges. Good to have nothing harmful.
