What’s this on Montipora?

No, we haven’t seen any feathers.

Hard to say, can't get great detail, but they look like vermetid snails to me.

Afre there tubes that go down into a spiral base?

Based off what I can on left side of the monti with the tendrils coming out I am guess Spionidae and the Chaetopteridae worms.

Looks like a micro brittle star that's living in the monti. I have one living under an acro on a frag plug, it waves its legs from under the acro when the tank gets fed otherwise it can't be seen
