Pic very fuzzy but represents Some type of flatworm.
Does it look like this ?

looks like a hazed out face in the reflection of an aquarium???? Haha nah worms +1 they aren't predatory but can overwhelm systems and get to plague proportions

if you're talking about that blotch its a stomatella snail. The smaller look like worms

if its the bigger blotch right in the center I wouldn't worry about it. Looks like a stomatella (look them up they are a snail without a visible shell) and great for a tank

This is exactly what it looked like to me m. A snail with no shell. It was always afraid of the light it seemed

Agee. When in doubt... get it out. Pest in this hobby multiple like crazy and are hard to control.
