What’s up with my bubble tip?

Hey all my bubble tip has acted weird since we got him alway extended from him foot and hasn’t moved in 3 week. amon 0,nitrite 0, nitrate 5, ph 8.2, alk 9.6, cal 460, mag 1310, phos .017, sal 1.024. an it looks like he wonts to split. Is this normal? He has been in the tank for a month and ate acouple weeks ago. Never open up fully here is a picture Let me know what ya think.

Might not be completely opened but still looks good in my opinion....hows the mouth? Tightly closed or gaping open?

It looks okay to me if it wasn’t happy you would usually see it moving a lot but if it’s staying put then that’s usually a good sign and if it is splitting it can shrink up abit during the process

Mouth closed is good! And he looks good. I wouldnt worry...if he doesnt like the spot hell move.

Got him to hold on to a silverside about 3inches long must be hungry!

For future reference...i wouldnt use silversides too hard to digest...use smaller items like mysis or reef roids.

Feed reef roids to him once tentacles sranke to nothing and mouth was wide open for like 1hr. Only give i only give him one a month

As long as he isn’t mouth gaping and shrinking just leave him they go they phases sometimes

Agreed^^^^^^. Don’t feed him at all. He will catch bits and pieces when you feed. Never silversides!
