What’s up with this Picasso Percula?

I picked up a Picasso percula clown from liveaquaria. He’s behaving well, eating, swimming actively and generally acting like a normal clownfish.
However, his right side has two weird markings that I suspect are abrasions or other trauma. What do you guys think? Below are pictures of both sides of him, with the problem areas circled in red.

he’s currently in QT being treated with furan, metroplex and kanaplex (because he came in with a tang that had a bacterial infection).

should I expect this guy toregain his normal coloration/markings?

Maybe my pics aren't clear enough, but the circled white areas loos like his normal white colorations. I can't enlarge any bigger on my phone... maybe when i get to my computer I'll see something different in them. Until then, maybe someone else has a clearer view...

thanks for the reply. I thought it could be but I think it weird that the marking is not symmetrical and has a different texture from the rest of the fish.

Markings on Picassos are rarely symmetrical. I don't see any abnormal discolorations or abrasions in the photos.
