What’s wrong with my anemone?

My anemone has a super big middle and I never seen it and I am not sure if it’s normal or not and if I should be concerned
Again, I am not an expert and only been having my aquarium for over a year

Nice size sebae, and seams to be well anchored. Maybe it's trying to poop, or preparing to move, or preparing to die thrive. It's hard to know exactly what it's doing. I wouldn't be worried if I saw my nem like this.
