What’s Wrong with my Coral?

My coral seems to be receding. What could cause this and is there anything I can do. Sorry, picture isn’t great.

What kind of coral is that? What are your water parameters? Size & age of tank?

It is a torch or hammer, can't remember. The last time I tested which was March 6th they were as follows. The tank is about 10 months old, and is a 29 biocube.
I recently lost another hammer, which seemed to do the same thing.
Ammonia: .15
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
PH: 8.2
Salinity: 1.026

I upgraded to StevesLed light in Late January and am still slowly upping the intensity.

Need to check calcium & alk levels chewy has both test kits cheap & they ship pretty quickly.

how often are you doing water changes?

It seems to be doing a bit better now. I try to do a 5 gal water change every 2 weeks but it often turn into e weeks. I will look at getting the test kits. Thanks.
