What’s wrong with my Duncan

All my corals were perfect my Duncan is usually the most happy but I noticed some tissue lose and I think one head has died (second picture) I have no idea why it’s been doing perfect 8 new heads what can be wrong? My parameters are all normal and haven’t changed only difference is I transferred everything to a new tank and it was doing fine until now there is also a new head that was forming but stopped and just started to decay (third picture) also there was a new head forming that just turning into like a algae ball guess you can call it what can that be?

I’m no expert but many people say duncan’s are the first to respond to something being wrong with the water chemistry. Mine started to die off due to low nutrients.

Yeah, if you want help, your going to need to give us more information other than all parameters are normal. What are all of your parameters? How long was the new tank set up? Is this a new light on the new tank? How about flow?

I might consider doing an iodine dip to help if there is an infected area.

Ammonia nitrites nitrates all 0
Lights the same under moderate lighting and flow exactly how it was previously I switch everything to the new tank about a week or so the tissue lost started before it’s just worse now

What else do you have in the tank livestock wise?

Are you doing anything to keep the nitrates so low?

You may be starving it.

Clownfish pair , mandarin and a cleaner shrimp
I don’t do anything to keep nitrates and idk what the phosphate, alk and cal are need to buy test

Then your parameters aren't all normal .

You can't achieve success if you aren't doing your research. You cannot wing it.

Buy reliable CA, ALK, MAG test kits and ensure you have an accurate tool to measure salinity. Until then, we can only speculate on the very limited information that you provided.

API is not regarded as the most accurate by a large majority of people. But it is cheaper and some people use it as a baseline before bothering to use a more expensive test kit.

I am fortunate that a LFS (local fish store) will test Alk, Ca, Mag and I (never) test Phosphate at home with a Hanna ULR checker.
Salifert and Red Sea get good marks, but that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Do you have a sump, refugium, skimmer, lighting, size of tank, etc.
