Hi guys my Emperor has what looks like a burn where his skin has gone away and white flesh can be seen. On the same side he also has some fin rot. I added Kenamycin my SeaChem. Any advice?

That looks like a trigger has been chewing on it.

Kenamycin is a very good wide spectrum antibiotic. Can add Furan2 to cover a wider range of bacterial infections if necessary. Watch for white filmy build up, redness, or necrosis.

Either aggression from other fish or possible flukes.
Hi, why do you suggest flukes? The fin is frayed on that side and the skin has some damage...I see no sign of flukes and I have already treated with PraziPro. Should I treat again?

Trigger never harasses any of the fish in the tank, at least for now :)!

Never trust a trigger lol. The only other one I see is what looks like a queen angel. They might be fighting. Looks like something with more serious hardware did the damage.
