What’s wrong with my GSP

So I know GSP is meant to be one of the fastest growing coral, but I got mine nearly 8 months ago.... and it’s base hasn’t grown at all and there’s even less polyps out. My water chemistry is ok, ammonia 0 nitrate 5 nitrite 0 salinity 1.025 temp 25 degrees all my other coral and growing - be it slowly. But are still open and growing just my GSP looks bad? Any suggestions or shall I just buy a nee frag.
Is there a possibility someone is biting it? As every thing that’s green in my tank is literally dying because a fish is nipping at them ( candy canes and monitporas

what are your phosphates at? seems .03 -.1 ppm is decent range most will recommend the hanna ulr phosphate checker

I've had one for 9 months and it has only just started to grow a few new polyps. The lights were changed around several times in the first few months and it didn't like that. It was also my first coral so has been through a lot. I've heard that sometimes they can take several months to suddenly get going and there are slow growing types. They like a lot of flow apparently.
