What’s wrong with mY mushroom

I have a small orange Jawbreaker mushroom that I bought 6-8 months ago. It has not grown a bit and it may have shrunk. I have never seen a mushroom not grow like a weed. I have no idea what the problem would be. Any ideas

You'll have to post water parameters and describe tank environment to get any meaningful help
