I unplugged it and plugged it back in to another tank. First, it say unable to connect BLE? So I googled it and factory reset it but unable to find it at myAI app. The light is solid red now. According to what I found, it might be need a vinegar bath for an hour. I did and cleaned it, still not working. Any idea? Thanks
