What’s wrong with my peppermint shrimp??

I’m traveling right now (just finished going from IL to VA) and my peppermint shrimp is white and not moving in the bucket. One of the nassarius snails was also moving its siphon mouth around inside it. The shrimp is barely twitching its limbs.

Is he ok?

You sure that’s not a molt

Don't take me for this but could be shrimp necrosis idk if it also affects saltwater shrimps

I don’t see the shrimp anywhere else in the bucket, and it’s a pretty small bucket
